So today I did my good deed by helping out an elderly man who was trying to push his car out of a handicap parking space while sitting in his 2018 Impala. Passer’s by ignored the fact this man needed help. I asked if I could help him and he immediately responded by saying yes and that he needed that car pushed back so he could get his key out of the ignition. I asked why it was stuck and he said he didn’t know and that when he pulled up to the space he made a hard right turn into it and now his key is stuck. He asked if I had a cellphone so that he could call roadside assistance to tow his car so I obliged and gave him my phone. He said he doesn’t have a phone nor does he know how to use one so I dialed roadside assistance for him and while he was explaining his problem to the customer service rep I notice his car was in gear. I told him to put the car in park and his key should come out of the ignition. Low and behold problem fixed and the little old man was very thankful and offered me money so I took his $20 for helping him out. Just kidding I didn’t take a dime from him and said a thank you is more than enough.
